EggChaser 7s Academy, aiming the be the world’s premier professional rugby 7s academy, is experiencing an exciting period of growth and is looking for a dedicated Academy Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO and Director of Operations, the Academy Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations, administration, and growth of the Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of rugby 7s.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and administration of the Academy
• Drive the growth and development of the Academy across current and new regions
• Oversee the Junior Academy programme, Performance Camps, and Pre-Academy Sessions
• Ensure smooth operation and high standards across all Academy sites
About EggChaser 7s Academy:
• Over 5,000 players in our Junior Academy programme
• Active presence across England, with plans to expand to Scotland, Wales, mainland Europe, and the USA
• Dedicated to developing players for EggChaser, Dragons & Thistles Senior sides, and ultimately the Lions and Lionesses
Location and Travel:
The role is based at our headquarters in Reigate (SURREY), with required travel and evening work across various Academy sites.
Compensation:
• Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 OTE
