Social Media and Photo Policy at EggChaser Stash LTD

1.  Purpose

This policy outlines the use of photographs and videos taken during EggChaser Academy activities and events, including their usage across various media platforms. The aim is to ensure clarity and transparency while respecting participants' privacy.

2.  Consent for Media Usage

●                    By participating in the EggChaser Academy, players and their guardians (if applicable) provide consent for photographs and videos featuring the player to be used by EggChaser Academy for promotional purposes.
●                   Media may be utilized on the following platforms:
o   Social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
o   EggChaser Academy website
o   Newsletters and email campaigns
o   Brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
o   Press releases

 

3.  Opt-Out Procedure

●                    If a participant does not wish to appear in photographs or videos, a written notification must be provided to the academy at the time of registration on Spond or before the start of the program.
●                    Upon receiving an opt-out request, EggChaser Academy will ensure the individual is excluded from any media used for promotional purposes.

 

4.  Media Guidelines

●                    Photographs and videos will be taken in a manner that reflects the positive values and professionalism of the academy.
●                    The academy will not share media content with third parties for commercial purposes without prior consent.
●                    Images and videos will not be edited or manipulated in a way that misrepresents the individual or the event.


5.  Data Protection

●                    All media files will be stored securely and handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

●                    Participants' personal details will not be linked to media content without explicit consent.

 

6.  Policy Updates

EggChaser Academy reserves the right to amend this policy as necessary. Participants and guardians will be informed of any significant changes.
