Beth Jefferies Appointed as COO
We are thrilled to announce that Beth Jefferies has been appointed as Chief Operations Officer (COO), effective immediately.
Beth will also continue in her role as Head of Medical for our Elite, Development, and Academy programs.
This appointment reflects both Beth’s remarkable growth and the evolution of EggChaser. Her journey with us began in October 2021, just before the first Lion Rugby 7s squad competed in Dubai, where she worked as a Sports Therapist. Beth later advanced to Head of Medical and officially joined EggChaser full-time in March 2024 as Head of Participation. She has played a vital role in every Lions and Lionesses tour, contributing to tournaments across Edinburgh, Grenada, Paris, London, RugbyTown (USA), Algarve, Amsterdam, and Gibraltar.
Commenting on her new position, Beth said:
