We are looking for a Performance Lead Coach for the South West, with responsibility for our South West and Cornwall/Devon Academy Progammes.
The successful candidate will lead the Academy Coaching groups, and training programmes for both regions,offering a pathway to Elite rugby sevens for boys and girls, aged 12 to 18.
You will be required to:
- Manage and recruit coaches working with the Head of Academy Administration
- Manage and maintain allocated kit and equipment
- Ensure all coaches are carrying out their duties to our high standards
- Take a lead with the development of further masterclasses and club partnerships
- Lead tournament, training and trial days
Start Date: 10th November 2024
Times: Part-time circa 8 to 10 hours per month plus tournament days
You MUST be able to hold an Enhanced DBS.
