ADMINISTRATIVE CO-ORDINATOR: FULL-TIME
ABOUT EGGCHASER:
- Formed and run by International Rugby Player – Arun Watkins. EggChaser was set up with one purpose, to enhance and excel the game of rugby and namely the Olympic sport of Sevens. Increasing the opportunities, pathways and competitions for players worldwide. Since it’s inception, we have grown to incorporation a number of brands that encompass and support our great game. Including coffee, merchandise, coaching, academy, elite squads and events.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- The role will entail the successful candidate taking a lead role on the day to day administrative duties within the EggChaser Rugby Department. You will have a hands-on role with both our commercial and events programme alongside our elite rugby programmes.
- You will oversee the administration operations of all National Academy Regions, liaising with Regional Lead Coaches, Administrators and Partner clubs. You will also be a direct contact between parents and the Academy.
- You will play a large role with events co-ordination and operations alongside supporting Academy logistics where relevant for these events.
EXAMPLE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure all Academy sites and Lead Coaches have and maintain an adequate level of EggChaser-branded equipment and all staff
- Be the contact point for Academy Parents in regards to selection, availability, training and scheduling requirements.
- Lead with logistical planning alongside the COO for Academy & Elite Tournaments in regards to equipment, travel, and administration.
- Liase with teams, partners, vendors and clubs in the run-up to and during EggChaser Academy & Senior events.
LOCATION: Reigate, Surrey
HOURS: Full-Time, 40 hours a week (Evening and Weekend work essential)
START DATE: Immediate
REPORTING TO: COO (ultimately to the CEO)
SALARY: Competitive plus bonus and benefits
