Lead Performance Rugby Coach: London & South East
As we enter 2025, we are looking grow our Rugby Performance department to match our aim to offer world-class rugby development opportunities to aspiring athletes.
We are looking to recruit a full-time Lead Performance Rugby Coach to join us working primarily in the London & South East area.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across a number of programmes and fields given the nature of what we offer as a brand.
Examples roles & responsibilities include:
• Lead Coach for our South East, South Central and London Junior Academy Programmes
• Lead Coach for the EggChaser RFC XV’s side
• Assistant Coaching for relevant National 7s Academy squads where required
• Scouting/Talent Identification at various Schools/Club Festivals
• Lead Coach of Saturday RFU XV’s side (September 2025)
• Lead Coach on relevant Performance Camps
• Coaching opportunities within our Development and Elite 7s programmes (where progression shows)
This role is a full-time paid position, with a strong package available. You primary place of work will be Reigate.
You MUST have the following:
• A valid UK drivers license
• Access to a car
• An enhanced DBS/Ability to gain one
• Professional Attitude
• Ambition
We are not normal, we don’t want to recruit the standard.
