EggChaser is looking to appoint a full-time Academy Head Coach with immediate effect.
The role would involve working with the Lion Rugby 7s, Lionesses and EggChaser 7s Programmes.
The successful applicant would act as the lead coach for academy programmes, aswell as be involved with the coaching of the Lions, Lionesses and EggChaser 7s squads.
You will be involved in the operations of the EggChaser brand, with focus on the growth and development of the Academy and it's reach.
You will manage the Academy & Sevens coaches, including co-ordinating coaching attendances and equipment.
You will have a main role in developing the growth of the Academy and Sevens brands.
The role is full-time with a normal mix flexible and unsociable hours. That said it will be fun, a can do culture within an innovative project.
Requirements:
⦁ RFU Level 3 Qualified Coach
⦁ Experience working in elite/international sevens
⦁ Good administrative and communication skills
⦁ An entrepreneurial mindset
